General Information
Barnet Table Tennis Centre (BTTC) is a non profit making organisation run by volunteers who are all Table Tennis players. It was first opened in 1969, the idea for constructing a Table Tennis Centre having been conceived at a meeting of Barnets & District Table Tennis League. No other sports are played at the Centre, so if you are already an experienced player, or a beginner wishing to learn how to play Table Tennis, this is the place for you.
BTTC is open 6 nights a week from Monday to Saturday between 7:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m for members, visitors, and guests enjoyment. Every Friday and Saturday evening is a 'club night' where members can play for £4 (£3 for juniors) and non-members are also welcome, the fee being £6 (£4 for juniors). This is a good way of finding out about the Centre before you join. BTTC is open at other times for coaching, social play, tournaments etc. Please check the calendar and the rest of this site for more details.
There is ample free parking in our own car parking area and we are a 10 minute walk from High Barnet tube staion and local bus services.
We can loan Table Tennis bats to players requiring them. All players must wear soft soled training shoes or plimsoles to protect the wooden floor from damage.
